Devaweb distributes new weekly country show

A little known secret about Devaweb is that we run an online country music radio station, called Chris Country. It’s been on the air for 18 months at the time of writing, and can be heard online and via the station’s apps.

We’ve now created a weekly show based on the radio station, somewhat predicatably called “Chris Country Weekly”!

There are more details on this page, and please get in touch if you’d like to know more about the show’s availability and pricing.

Speysound Radio refreshes station sound

We’ve just completed a brand new station sound for Scottish station Speysound Radio, consisting of jingles, sweepers and breakfast show imaging. Here’s what breakfast host Michael Weir had to say about it:

“Chris at Devaweb and Ignite Jingles was great to work with the advice and help given with scripts and music was second to none. The package sounds fresh and upbeat, just the way we wanted it. In one word… PERFECT.”

If you’d like us to help you refresh your station’s on-air sound, just get in touch!

Here’s a sample of Speysound Radio’s audio… voices are Ian Brannan and Emma Vane, with jingle resings from Ignite’s package The Bay.

Devaweb launches This Day In Music feature

We’ve just launched our new, daily programming feature in partnership with This Day In Music.

Our intention is this – to create a compelling piece of daily audio that’s interesting for your listeners, but one that is also attractive to sponsors. We know from experience how difficult it can be to create new sponsorship opportunities that don’t turn into on-air clutter and hours of work for your team. Hopefully, this will help!

Here’s the press release, and please contact us if you’d like pricing information.

Jingle and audio production company, Devaweb, has partnered with ThisDayInMusic.com to create a new daily 50-second music feature, highlighting events, chart successes and anniversaries in musical history.

The feature, simply called “This Day In Music”, launches on 1st October, and is designed for stations that are looking for new client sponsorship opportunities while maintaining listener interest.

Chris Stevens, founder of Devaweb, said: “I know from experience how difficult it is for stations to find great features for clients. We’ve created something that programmers will want to air and S&P teams can get sponsors excited about.”

Neil Cossar from This Day In Music said: “We’re delighted to be working with Devaweb on this project. We’ve researched and collected a wide range of artist and chart information on our website and it’ll be great hearing it come to life on stations worldwide.”

Chris added: “Since each feature is exactly 50 seconds long, it can be easily scheduled by programming or traffic teams – and with a sponsor tag, the entire segment is just a minute in length. Plus, the scripting allows them to be used by international stations whose audiences have an interest and awareness of the UK music scene.”

Radio Glamorgan updates station imaging

Both Devaweb and star voiceover Ian Brannan have been working with Radio Glamorgan for a number of years. Recently they wanted to refresh their station sound, so we produced our full Station Imaging Package for them.

Our full station package includes sweepers, presenter name-checks, station promos plus utility cuts for news, weather and what’s on. Plus, we include dry and sweeper mixes of everything, including shorter edits where the script allows.

In the words of Jamie from Radio Glamorgan: “Efficient, professional & extremely creative! A pleasure to deal with!”

Check out the package here, and contact us if we can help you with your station sound.

Uckfield launches new station sound

To celebrate the station’s third birthday, Uckfield FM have launched a new jingle package alongside a new voice for their sweepers – Greg Marston, so complement their sponsorship voice, Ian Brannan.

We’ve been working with the station for ten years now, since their very first RSL broadcast in 2003, and we’re delighted to see the ongoing success of the station.

Check out a montage of the new jingles here, and contact us if we can help you with your station sound!
